The end of complex production monitoring!
The KEYNETIC is an advanced IoT that magnetized itself directly to the machine. It then learns and track the vibration of the produced parts to give access to the industrials to their level of performance in direct. OEE, TEEP, Pareto losses, machine utilization, micro-stop accounting are then available on a live web platform after only 10 minutes of installation.
The KEYNETIC adapts to all types of machines, regardless of their age: machining machines, presses, assembly, robot,...
Its embedded algorithm and Artificial Intelligence allow it to count the parts produced automatically and to analyze the status of the machines in real time.
Its touch screen and its luminous strip make it easy for the users to take control and to follow the production instantly, allowing them to have a quick input and visual follow-up interface.
A real technological jewel, completely made in FRANCE, it simplifies the analysis of the machine production and allows to increrase productivity easily.
