The FlexPal palletizing software makes it easy to create palletizing plans. The user does not need to intervene on the robot. Thanks to its ergonomic 3D environment, components such as packages, pallets and layer pads can be modeled according to our needs and any gripper can be imported. The pallet placement strategy is defined in a few clicks and allows the generation of flexible placement paths, especially with the possibility of multi-posting or having different product layers on the same pallet. FlexPal solves problems that were previously impossible by managing the position of packages in space: free orientation, pick-up and drop-off in different directions, handling of all types of packages such as cartons, crates, bottles, cans and many others...

FlexPal facilite la programmation de tous les projets de palettisation : des plus simples aux plus complexes et sans aucune connaissance en programmation. Ainsi les lignes de palettisation sont flexibles avec la gestion de colis de différentes tailles ou de palettes aux couches multiples.
