The EGK and EGU grippers complete the 24V electric range with strokes from 26.5mm to 80mm per finger and forces from 20N to 3000N. In the event of an emergency stop, the gripping force is actively maintained up to 90% of the motor force. They are equipped with an absolute encoder and interface to PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, IO-Link and Modbus RTU.
Developed for applications in laboratories or in the electronics industry, the EGK electric gripper handles delicate parts where process reliability is required. Its drive kinematics allows a constant gripping force over the entire length of the fingers and without pre-travel. Its large stroke and adjustable gripping force allow to handle a wide variety of parts. It is also equipped with a "SoftGrip" mode for sensitive gripping of particularly fragile parts so that no impact forces are involved. Finally, it is Class 6 cleanroom certified.
The EGU universal electric gripper is designed to meet the needs of flexible production processes in harsh environments where dust, chips and cutting fluid can be an obstacle, such as loading/unloading machine tools. Thanks to the "StrongGrip" mode, the gripping force can be increased up to 150% of the rated motor capacity without the need for another gripper, making it suitable for parts with different loads.

Adaptée aux exigences de l'automatisation des laboratoires ou assemblage de cartes électroniques grâce à son guidage par rail et une graisse pharma. En mode SoftGrip, les pièces sensibles peuvent être saisies de manière douce en minimisant les forces d'impulsion et la vitesse
