The ergonomic DHS-150 system makes the addition of an extra door handle unnecessary. The system is suitable for machine housings and enclosures as well as for all standard aluminium profiles with a width of 40 mm. The robust door lock is used in particular with heavy swing doors and is also suitable for use in harsh environments.
One of the advantages of this new accessory is that the actuator is pre-positioned in the DHS system by the bolt and therefore fits optimally into the device. In this way, the system is resistant to transverse forces. If the interlocks are subjected to excessive transverse forces, the safety door will not open - which leads to delays in production processes. In combination with the AZM150 guard locking device, the DHS-150 door handle system thus contributes to improving plant availability.
The DHS-150 door handle system also has an integrated lockout feature (LOTO). This lockout function prevents operators from being accidentally locked out of larger machines and systems during maintenance and repair work. The lockout feature prevents the guard door from closing and the machine from being accidentally started.

L’un des avantages de ce nouvel accessoire est que l’actionneur est prépositionné par le verrou dans le système DHS et qu’il s’insère donc de manière optimale dans l’appareil. De cette manière, le système résiste aux forces transversales. Si les dispositifs d’interverrouillage sont soumis à des forces transversales excessives, la porte de protection ne s’ouvre pas – ce qui provoque des retards dans les processus de production. Associé au dispositif d’interverrouillage AZM150, le système de poignée de porte DHS-150 contribue ainsi à l’amélioration de la disponibilité de l’installation.
