Roundtracer Extreme

Highly innovative CNC measurement system covering all aspects of form, orientation, position and runout tolerancing. This machine integrates form deviation, profile and surface roughness functions in a single device. The system is equipped with a revolutionary technology developed to improve the efficiency of tasks at any point. Mitutoyo enabled continuous automatic measurement by improving flexibility with a motorized sliding axis, sensor, and stand that can change the angle of the stylus. This allows users to easily measure sections of any shape or size, while avoiding room interference. To improve repeatability and reproducibility, advancements have been made to the structure of the table rotation to reduce any change in part position during measurement. The Roundtracer Extreme is destined to become the new benchmark for multiple measurements in quality departments. Directly ready for applications supporting a wide variety of parts, it will perform highly efficient and high precision measurements, including surface neutrality measurement and analysis. Loading of a part can be done automatically when using an external robot. If we consider the capacities of the machine, it is clear that it will make the difference whatever the size of the company and the location (metrology, workshop, lab...).
