IF-DATA is a Data-Consulting firm offering strategic advice, innovative analysis and decision-making tools for organizations.
Our specialty is the budgetary control of contracts in the face of the problem of price volatility.
The service offer was designed by combining business needs, the possibilities offered by Data-sciences and the use of our digital tools:

Our services are divided into two themes:
- Audit, advice and financial engineering of contracts in order to optimize and secure costs.
- Predictive financial studies to improve risk control and budget management.

Nos actions génèrent principalement deux types de gains :
Gains directs :
- Sécuriser les risques de dérive des coûts,
- Générer des économies sur les contrats d’achats (coûts évités),
- Améliorer la gestion et le pilotage des budgets.
Gains indirects :
- Optimiser les ressources (ETP) pour l’exécution financière des contrats et le pilotage budgétaire,
- Gagner du temps, de l’agilité en simplifiant et en réduisant le temps alloué à la gestion des contrats et des budgets pour les équipes.
- Améliorer les process relatifs à l’exécution financière des contrats en harmonisant et en standardisant les pratiques sur l’ensemble des catégories d’achats.
