Recycling of flexible pvc in the pvc rotational molding production process

The waste in the rotational molding of flexible pvc was not recovered and ended up in landfill. The main activity of the company PLASTICO ROTOTECH is the manufacture of sports and leisure balls (last French manufacturer). The idea is to recover this waste by grinding it to different grain sizes in order to obtain different material effects. 100% of our waste is reused. The manufacture with this recycled/virgin material mix, allows a gain of 15% of virgin material used for the realization of these balloons. In addition, this more playful design in the balloons is highly appreciated by users. The sorting of colors in our waste shredding also makes it possible to use this material mix for technical parts (without making these products too flashy) in the long term we wish to be a center of recovery and valorization of all the flexible pvc balloons used in France (schools, clubs, individuals...).
