The Easy dot peen marking machine is designed for mobile use. The wireless communication allows you to benefit from a 10m radius around the controller to make your markings in total freedom! Its lightness and ergonomics allow you to use it at 360° and to mark heavy and cumbersome parts. The marking head is equipped with a lithium-ion battery that adapts to your marking intensity thanks to its intelligent energy management. It also has a 5in1 support foot which allows marking on cylinders, at the end of the bar, but also to ensure that the head is held on the parts to be marked. The marking head is supplied with a storage dock that serves as a stand, but also allows you to maintain your machine by checking the length of your springs and the sharpening angle of your pens. On the controller side, its large 10'' touch screen and its intuitive software developed by Technomark allow you to create your marking files in a few clicks, while being connected to a network if necessary. To best meet your needs, the controller has a dedicated software suite. Easy has the Intelligent Driving Impact function which guarantees the quality of the marking regardless of the differences in level between the part and the stylus. The control unit has VESA 100 mounts that allow you to attach it to the mount of your choice, including the 3 developed by Technomark.
