Meeting with Club Gier

The industry has been struggling to recruit for several years. Following this constant, the Club Gier and the SIRAC (with partners) we won the call for projects of the ILYSE foundation in order to create a link between prescipter and industrialist on the subject of the professional reconversion. Our approach is called DECLIC INDUSTRIE and will allow us to set up different actions on the LOIRE and RHONE territories in 2023. Since 2020, more and more industrialists are having difficulty recruiting. Changes in professions, lack of candidates, new employee expectations, closure of certain training courses, etc. are all reasons that prevent manufacturers from recruiting the resources they need. To overcome these difficulties, it is important to understand the expectations of candidates. CCLD Talents Industrie has just published its annual study allowing to understand the evolutions. More consideration of their contribution, more meaning in their work... All this requires new approaches to seduce less and less numerous candidates. To overcome these difficulties, it can be interesting to focus on individuals and their potential. For this purpose, CCLD Talents industry has set up a soft skills evaluation methodology allowing to evaluate the capacity of an individual to adapt to a new job and a new environment
