The PRECIBOT is a high precision 3 or 5 axis mini-CNC centre with linear motors. It's a compact design in aluminium and carbon structure, and a low weight for strokes of 120mm3 with a very low energy consumption. The high dynamics of its 3 linear axes are controlled by a SIEMENS or FANUC numerical control. The PRECIBOT is designed to perform precision machining on complex parts without lubrication by the processing (HSM) with very fast feed rate. The PRECIBOT is a very high precision machining centre with very low energy consumption (10 timeless to a standard machining centre) and multiple applications, for example as a small production line. Desktop Factories 3 axes. A unique approach to the Factory of the Future and in particular to Green Machining. This product is part of a French internal research programme of the PRACARTIS Group. The PRECIBOT will be show in action on Stand 6S56 - VPM AUTOMATION PRACARTIS Group with DIZISOFT software for the integration of Artificial Intelligence.
